Called for an appointment for an estimate. Nobody showed. Called again to get the salesperson to come by. Promises made, no show salesmen. The staff on the phone were very friendly however.

I had them put on a new roof in May. From the start of the project — when they started taking off the old roof— til finish it took 90 days. Multiple no-shows to fix initial issues with installation. Their foreman pointed out stuff he thought should be fixed but changed his mind on his last visit, said it looked good enough. I assumed he was the expert said ok, if it's good it's good. I already have a leak in my roof — 2 months later — which is destroying the ceiling in my bathroom closet. I got up in the attic to check it out. I can see the sky through a hole in my roof. Poor quality, poor craftsmanship, poor communication. At this point I was better off with my old roof, it was old but it didn't leak. Incredibly disappointed to have spent my hard earned cash on this. I never write reviews but this was a really bad experience.
