I had a bad outdoor faucet. I called one day and they said they would have to charge me for the drive time from their shop across town. At the time I declined this charge. Then one day they were doing some work on my street so I called to see if they could fit me in. The receptionist said she would find out if they could and they did. The job only took 15 min and they charged me for one hour. I was so pleased with the service and professionalism. Called with a hot water slab leak the day before Halloween while I had family in town. Larry Jr put me on the schedule for the following Monday and advised me on how to shut the hot water off to the water heater. Jerry and a team of guys came to my house and quickly diagnosed the problem and rerouted the hot water through my attic, saving a bunch of money and headache of breaking the floor up in my master bath where the leak was. VERY professional and incredibly flexible to come out on such short notice. We will be using Larry Downs Jr Plumbing EXCLUSIVELY for all our future plumbing needs!
