Great customer service, very interactive and quick to reply. Very professional and nice. Took care of my plumbing issue quickly.

So when my handyman didn't show up as scheduled I started calling around to plumbers to install our kitchen sink faucets, disposal, dishwasher etc after a remodel. Shapiro & Sons where the only company who went out of their way to be responsive. Keith "owner" sent his son Dylan over within an hour, gave a fair quote for our need to have a last minute project taken care of same day "wifey needed her kitchen sink". Dylan was super professional, knew his stuff and very friendly, everything I expected from a mom and pop company. He did great work, had us up and running within an hour or so and made our lives 100 percent easier. I would highly recommend and will be using in the future for any plumbing needs. Shapiro & sons were dispatched to my home by my insurance company for an install of a new gas pipe. They are extremely professional and know what they are doing. I was in contact with their office, talked to Shawna, the office coordinator, she is very pleasant, professional, and followed up with me throughout the process. The timing was great, between scoping and commencing the work. They had a crew of 5 men, for the job install. I couldn't have been happier with everything, these men and true professionals and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to plumbing. THANK YOU shapiro & Sons for a job well done.
