My phone number should be on file from last week. We have used phoenix twice. Both times they were considerably later than we were told without any communication from them. Mid morning is not 3pm. They came out and “fixed” our plumbing so good that they had to come out again for the same problem five days later. If I’m paying $500 for you to fix a problem, I expect it done right the first time…and for you to be on time or communicate with me that you are running behind. The customer should not have to chase you down to find out why you aren’t showing up as promised. Service: Drain cleaning
