Very impressed with Cory Truitt from Fortress Roofing. This is the first roof my wife and I have ever had to replace, and the entire process on the insurance side of the deal can become quite confusing and overwhelming. Cory was very patient with the multiple calls and texts that he received from me with the questions and concerns that I had, and really took the time to help us understand the process of getting our roof replaced. I can't say enough about this business! They actually came to us after noticing we needed roof repairs. Insurance companies don't make it easy for customers to make claims. At least mine does not. In fact, the insurance company denied the claim. The process was complicated. But Fortress Roofing came in and was the mediator between us and the insurance company. I gave them permission to correspond and negotiate with the insurance company and after some time, they got authorization to repair it! They set a date for roof installation, they came in and did an outstanding job. They even worked with us on the deductible! They did a phenomenal job from beginning to end!
