Fortress Roofing

I live in the Pensacola area, and have been visited TWICE by Gavin Courtney, a representative for Fortress Roofing. The first time, my husband advised him that we have a NO SOLICITING sign in our front (which is very clearly visible). Despite my husband even telling him this, he still proceeded to show up my door AGAIN, and this time dropped his business card. This is completely disrespectful. Be warned, if ANY representative from Fortress shows up at my door again, I will absolutely not hesitate to file a harrassment suit and file a claim with the BBB. We DO NOT need your services!!!!

Very impressed with Cory Truitt from Fortress Roofing. This is the first roof my wife and I have ever had to replace, and the entire process on the insurance side of the deal can become quite confusing and overwhelming. Cory was very patient with the multiple calls and texts that he received from me with the questions and concerns that I had, and really took the time to help us understand the process of getting our roof replaced. He was always courteous, timely, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof.
