When I called Mr Shane Thomas to get a estimate on my roof he was very professional . He was able to make an appointment around my schedule. He was early and he didn't rush. he took his time and answered all of my questions. His men came over and started the job when they were supposed to. His crew was very professional. The job was complete when promised. When they were finished they let me know, in case I was not satisfied. But I was. They did a great job cleaning up and searching for any nails that could have fallen. They checked around the house approximately four or five times. Thanks for doing a great job.
