They never showed up to the job that I scheduled for my real estate customer, and the customer service phone line was very disconnected from the company
I was delighted with my experience with Apex Electrical LLC. They are incredibly organized and effective. They gave me reminders about the appointment and details about the technician prior to his arrival. The electrician was incredibly knowledgeable, polite, and knew right away what was wrong and how to fix it. The cost was very reasonable, especially considering the issue was not as complex as I anticipated.
Apex Electrical LLC were professional and very efficient, they walked me through what they were doing every step of the way, we had 6 different projects for them, they cleaned up after each project. The workmanship was top notch and the pricing was very reasonable. We will have them taking care of our electrical needs going forward
