First I want to say their work is excellent. Second, they need to replace the girl that answers the phone and schedules. She is rude, passive aggressive and demeaning to their clients. I had an issue with work completion in time for the final expection. They put the wrong week down, they scheduled my final work a week later than it was suppose to be. When I attempted to get it changed so we could be on schedule, she says to me: "Do you really expect me to delay someone elses job just to take care of you?" No I expected for you to communicate properly in the first place so we were not in this situation. So I recommend if scheduling isn't important and you don't have inspections to meet, these people are amazing. Every crew I had out here and there were three of them, were amazing, kind and knowledgeable and efficient. But if you find that passive agressive woman on the phone, hang up and walk away. Very professional and friendly!! The work we had done was the best price that we could find and we called about 5 companies. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone including family, and that in itself, if I wasn't absolutely satisfied I would definitely NOT DO! Excellent from start to finish, the appointment was set up quickly, they arrived on time, fixed everything I needed and more and left me with an invoice that was almost exactly what the quote was.
