Daniel arrived almost immediately after my call and after noting my list of plumbing issues, he went right to work. He explained the process of fixing each issue and kept me fully apprised. He was extremely knowledgeable, very professional and very pleasant. He checked for additional potential issues but never tried to run up costs. It is so nice to find a competent plumber who knows what he is doing and triple checks his work to ensure it is right. He is an excellent employee and a good representative of Joe Cool’s.
