I would just wanted to say a BIG thank you to Britney for getting me in when I called. She scheduled my appointment for next day but, called me and got me a same day appointment. I appreciated that she remembered my situation and actually kept her word. I work from home and it was unbearable being in the heat. Again thank you to Britney. Also, would like to thank the 2 techs Jayson B and Josh B. They were great, honest, and reliable. Again, I cannot recommend this company enough and their great employees. I called them at 9am after sleeping all night with no A/C. Someone was at my door promptly at noon just as my house was getting hot and the issue was fixed in under an hour. Super professional, affordable, knowledgeable, and my house is now cool again. Thank you so much Jacob!

I have signed up with this company over the past 10 years since my house was built. When the relationship comes to an end, I feel obligated to write this review so that people won't chip into it like me. I purchased the AC manufacturer warranty plus $250 for maintenance twice per year via the company as it was the one installed the AC unit for my house. They had come to my house doing maintenance work very politely over the past 10 years, telling me everything is alright 99.9% of the time except some freon adding. They always got their work done within 15 minutes and said goodbye. What a nice team! Until the misfortune occurred. 6/3, the tech Jason came to do the biannual maintenance. "Everything is alright." I was told. 6/13, the ceiling downstairs was wet. Called and informed the company. 6/15, the tech Jason came and found the coil of unit#1 leaking. I asked him why the problem happened within 10 days after being checked and said everything was OK. I was told that was very normal t
