I spoke to Matt and he was out very quickly to assess my problems i was having for my home. He fixed all my residential roofing problems at a very fair price for the amount of work that was done. I am a community association manager and I hqve used 360 for replacement of all5 roofs at one association and for a roof inspection at another. Matt was professional. He made it east to coordinate the work so i could inform reidents about what to expect and parking changes while they worked. His guys let us know of anything that came up right away and they are responsive to anything that cones up. They documented prior roof damage and they left the property clean. They completed the job on schedule. Matt was always accessible for phone calls and was at the property frequently. The other Association asked for a roof report. It was thorough and included pictures and they gave it to me on time. That was weeks ago and i am still waiting for their regular roof vendor to provide theirs. I was referred by a coworker and now I hear their name all over the office. They have worked on several properties we manage.
