OM SERVICES - Air Conditioning

Hired them on a recommendation by a neighbor because our AC was putting out musty smelling air. The service technician arrived early and was extremely courteous and eager to please. When I mentioned the issue he quickly identified the problem and provided me with a very reasonable price for all the work done. It’s no wonder why they have 5 stars on google. We will definitely be using them again for our future AC needs.

I have been working with OM AIR for well over 10 years now, that says it all! They are personable and friendly, and very fair with their diagnosis, unlike the typical AC companies that are just trying to sell you extra services you do not need. The latest technician that assisted me recently was as always very knowledgeable and polite. He was able to resolve my problem in a very prompt manner, so I had barely no AC down time in the height of Miami summer! Great follow up and customer service too. Highly recommend them for anything from maintenance to new installation.

OM AIR SERVICES is not only a company you can rely on but they are honest and trustworthy. Every time you call someone will always answer the phone, even on sundays! They will save no effort making sure you get someone over your house right away. They are always prompt to send a technician with little to almost no waiting time. Someone is always available. I highly recommend them not only for their professionalism and knowledge,but for the amazing customer service. They really care!
