I had an excellent experience. They were extremely responsive and communicated well. They were on-time, efficient and professional. Further, the charger that the manufacturer sent me was cracked, so they installed it and when I received the replacement, they came back to switch it out with the new one for no additional charge. We have used Fischer Electric several times changing and adding light fixtures. Last week Isais installed lighting above my kitchen cabinets. The placement of the lights was not specified on the work order. When I had to ask that he move the lights closer to the back wall, he did it without any negative comment knowing he would have to start over. This speaks to the professionalism of the Fischer technicians. Very neat install. The best accent I could have added to my kitchen. I highly recommend Fischer Electric. Between the hard work by their service manager Terry to get us a service date quickly to replace our electrical panel, and the special dedication to the job by their technician Isais, we have no reason to call another company again for our electrical work.
