We were on vacation for 5 days, my AC flooded, called one hour idiots, my ac is less then 4 years old it supposed to be under warranty, my shut off valves failed and my garage and living room got flooded, they sent a tech, the idiot was rude, he diagnosed the AC, he proceeded to tell me that both shut off valves worked, but they had to charge me $177 to fixed it, one hour air are you guys dumb how can you tell a customer that the shut off valves worked, if they worked my AC, would have shut off, you guys installed valves not carrier. You guys are crooks just to get a maintenance plan. And the rude tech you sent left everything open , like to say screw you. Service: HVAC system maintenance
