Everyone was so amazing throughout the entire process of this roof repair. Scott and Joel were the roofers who came to do the work and they were so friendly, and willing to patiently explain everything to me. After the work was done, I called because a roof tile seemed elevated. They came back with the same respectful demeanor to adjust 1 tile and explained why it seemed a little different. ROOF STILL LEAKING!!! Just terrible experience.. I live in a brand new community where plenty of the home owners are complaining about roof leaks all over the place. After waiting 3 weeks to have some one to come and fix the problem they came unprepared, not even a ladder to get to the attic and investigate the leak, pretended they fixed the problem from the outside, left and we didn't even noticed when they finished. no paper work to sign, no explanation of what they fixed; absolutely unprofessional. After that, we called the office to find out what the heck they fixed and a lady told me that they would let me know after 24 hours; no response after 24 hours and in the mean time the roof still leaking, it didn't even get better, same leak; they did absolutely nothing...
