GREAT COMPANY AND SERVICE!! I called in the early afternoon and they came out the same day. Marvin, my technician was courteous, professional and an absolute asset to the company. The price for the water heater was very fair. The product was professional grade Rheem and installed the next day. All in all an excellent experience. I would recommend Trust Rooter to anyone. Extremely glad I went with this company. They were rightly highly recommended. Plumber ( Gary) was exactly on time, very pleasant and actually crimped a square drip pan to fit under a water heater into a strangely angled tiny hall closet. Area was left spotless. I had called them to inquire about a new water heater & had someone come to my house within an hour to give me a price.The installer, Jose Fuentes, then came to install it on a separate day for us.He was very thorough & courteous as well as being on time for the installation!! He made sure that he cleaned up everything before leaving.There was also great communication from the company to give me reminders about the appointment time. Thank you for the great work & service!!
