Our A/C unit failed on Sunday. This unit was installed by Rick in May of last year. The failure was unusual and might be called a weather-triggered event. Rick arrived and made a temporary repair to get the unit functioning again. He returned Tuesday with the correct parts; the repair was completed and at no cost to me. Recently we opened a maintenance contract with Pride Mechanical, which included our A/C unit. I will maintain my maintenance contract with Dr. Fin AC & Plumbing; this company offers the confidence and professionalism requiring my support.
