It all started with the courtesy call 30 minutes, before my technician arrived....which I love! And then when Mike from New England showed up, Not only was he cheerful and professional he was efficient, knowledgeable, and extremely clean!! I mean he wore booties, he was courteous respectful for the house I couldn't ask for a better technician and a better company. I know my neighbor has been with them for eons and I just started with them but I'll tell you right now, Mike from New England was the best technician that I've had in the 30 years I've been in florida. I can't believe a company and a representative has such a good work ethic and respect for someone's property. I'm incredibly glad we use them! I'm a client for life now. Thank you. Mike from New England was very knowledgeable, friendly, and pleasant. He came on-time and even called ahead. He took the time to find out the issue and resolved it in a safe and accurate manner and explain each step of what was begin done before doing it.

VERY Disappointed!!! Original lady on the phone told me the Diagnostic Fee ($125.00) that I paid would be put towards the repair of $425.00. The part was under warranty so I had to pay only the labor. I was basically charged $550.00 for an hours worth of work. I tried telling the lady (calmly) that the other lady told me they would take off the $125 and she refused saying the Diagnostic Fee WOULD NOT be taken off. She would not bend and was condescending. I consider this service an absolute CRIME and disappointment to say the least. She should’ve gone back to someone and TRIED to honor what the original lady told me; she didn’t offer to try, she only said NO! Not only will I never use them again, but I will advise my community to never use them either. Service: A/C system repair
