Very disappointed with the emergency service this company did not provide. We’ve had a contract with GreenTree for a few years. Now that our air conditioner stopped working and we need the services that we believed being under contract would provide, the answering service said that they can’t do anything and we need to call the office the next day. In my opinion that is not what emergency service is.

Technician was prompted on time. Always maintain cleanliness with the home. Through and honest as they did not try to sell anything that was not needed. Technician had open conversations about future maintenance to help longevity of the equipment. Would highly recommend. Service: A/C system maintenance

Our AC unit broke down and we were frantically trying to replace it. I didn't expect to have them be able to do it quickly, but they did. Once again Green Tree has delivered an indelible experience in friendliness, knowledge, timeliness and professionalism. Jesus was knowledgeable and patient with all my questions as he explained all my options. James and his crew arrived on time and took every measure to make the process flawless. Mike in the office helped me with the financing. Even the receptionist was helpful and friendly. Chad you should be very proud of your TEAM. Highly recommended! I thought it was also worth reposting my last experience with them.
