My AC had problems and Impromptu Heating & Air Conditioning came by to diagnose and fix the situation. In addition to quick service, they answered many of my questions about HVAC system and the problem. They were also extremely friendly and playful with my kids and dogs. I highly recommend them.

Top Notch. One particularly hot weekend our prior service simply was not answering the phone--even after having recently repaired the AC. Impromptu Heating & Air Conditioning came that day--fixed a problem that in retrospect had been present for quite some time and the system has been flawless since. I even offered to replace the system as it is getting up there and he gave me the honest opinion to wait! Now they are our team. Prompt, reliable, available, courteous, effective, competitive...very happy with the switch to them.

My air duct vents needed to be cleaned. Through Impromptu Heating & Air Conditioning, I was able to get a good bargain. I bought the package and scheduled an appointment. I was able to schedule an appointment with a technician within two days. Agents was pleasant and helpful. They cleaned the air vents carefully, cleaned the dryer vent, and checked our furnace. They sanitized and cleaned our furnace duct. The air movement has improved, and the air quality has improved as well. I would suggest Impromptu Heating & Air Conditioning and hire them again.
