Michael is an exceptional tech! Loved this guy! Knew exactly the problem in less than 2 minutes. Changed out the water spout in my spare bath, good as new. Patrick came to help me with a plumbing fiasco this morning! He arrived on time, solved my problem, left my space clean (!!), and was great to deal with! I highly recommend their service!
First, when I contacted Mark about our plumbing needs he was quick to respond and very professional. Since this work was in a condominium Mark had to provide COI and his license. He promptly provided so we could move forward. We had Elmer as our plumbing expert and we couldn't be more pleased with him professionally and personally. He explained everything thoroughly and was very caring as he worked around our unit. I highly recommend Cape Plumbing and will be sharing among other unit owners in our building as a reference.
