Joe & Joe Air Conditioning

I've been working with/using Joe and Joe Air Conditioning since I moved into this home 11 years ago. It's a family owned company. They're honest and trustworthy. My a/c stopped cooling last night. In the middle of the night, I sent an email to Joe and Joe. I got a phone call first thing this morning setting up an appointment for today. Unfortunately the unit needs a part replaced and, of course, it's Friday. No fault of Joe and Joe and they expect the part in on Monday to be installed asap. This is a good company to work with. We’ve been using Joe & Joe AC for almost three years now. We had a leak in which our past AC company could not identify. They came out twice with a bandaid fix. Friends of ours recommended Joe & Joe. They came right out, were on time, professional and kind. They found the leak and even showed me where it was so I was able to see for myself. They fixed it right then and the cost was on average. I must say they are a pleasure to work with and we haven’t had any more issues since. However if we do, I’m not worried because I know Joe & Joe will handle it! If you are looking for an AC company that you can truly depend on, this is definitely the one to call!! they installed our AC unit four years ago and we use the ecobee system. They come for maintenance as I have a contract but whenever there’s an issue, due our internal situation in our home they are very quick to respond even on the weekends as a customer. their prices have been very fair and they are very helpful. I highly recommend them. their technicians have been with them for a long time and it is owner operated family business so I’ve got to see the same people most of the time. Top rated on my end.
