they installed our AC unit four years ago and we use the ecobee system. They come for maintenance as I have a contract but whenever there’s an issue, due our internal situation in our home they are very quick to respond even on the weekends as a customer. their prices have been very fair and they are very helpful. I highly recommend them. their technicians have been with them for a long time and it is owner operated family business so I’ve got to see the same people most of the time. Top rated on my end. I've been working with/using Joe and Joe Air Conditioning since I moved into this home 11 years ago. It's a family owned company. They're honest and trustworthy. My a/c stopped cooling last night. In the middle of the night, I sent an email to Joe and Joe. I got a phone call first thing this morning setting up an appointment for today. Unfortunately the unit needs a part replaced and, of course, it's Friday. No fault of Joe and Joe and they expect the part in on Monday to be installed asap. This is a good company to work with.
