Working on my townhouse in Delray. Had to repair water damage (drywall/painting) on the ceiling on multiple floors (due to roof leaks). Crew was extremely dirty (left drywall dust film all over the house, (failed to cover furniture-specifically my bed) and stained my floors. Essentially did not clean up after themselves. Spoke to Rick (a manager) and led me to believe they would "talk" to their crew. In the mean time, I'm left to clean there mess. Very unprofessional. This project value was in excess of $850K so one would think they would use professional sub-contractors that cared about their work. Sad.

I was referred to Southern Certified from a family friend and am so pleased that I was sent their way. Everything was handled proficiently and professionally. I could not believe how quickly the old roof came down and the new roof was installed, and it looks great.... and best news, NO MORE LEAKS! So happy that I chose to go with Southern Certified.
