John the Plumber

Plumbers were extremely polite and courteous went right to work checking for leak! We had to call maintenance for them to explain why water had been shut off? After talking to them plumbers found nothing and I will keep track for next few days checking on it! They found nothing leaking and we don’t know why I was told to have plumbers check? I will be getting a Hot Water Heater and there was No Charge on leak! Jason worked together with his partner talking Maint to see why they said there was a leak that no one could find? That was strange as I myself never saw it we waited but found nothing thus I will watch over weekend to see if it happens again? I was told it it starts to leak again call them and they’ll be right back!

EXTRAORDINARY service!! Mike (Service Manager), and Chad (Plumber) were AMAZING!! Had an old solar water heater system in its last leg, tank leaking water badly. Mike coordinated everything to switch back to a conventional electric system and in no time I had hot water again. From setting things up, to price, to job completion, these guys deserve an A+++ rating for their service. Jake and Chris came out to repair a deteriorated copper pipe that caused excessive leaks. They were amazing! Everything was explained with detail and they answered any questions I had regarding the process and also provided me with solutions to the water damage the leak created! This is not the first time I have used this company, and every time has been an exceptional experience! I even joined their membership they offer! If only more companies operated in the manner they do! (Not to mention the office staff is just as wonderful)!
