John the Plumber

Discovered a possible leak in the incoming fresh water. Googled many choices but decided to go with John the Plumber a local highly rated service. Extremely happy with the prompt response. Darrin the “leak whisperer” came out with a helper and went right to work. The leak fortunately for us was determined and contained within a few hours. Job was completed the following day neatly,cleanly and efficiently. Highly recommend this company. Keep in mind any great professional service will cost you but you get what you pay for. Thank you for a job well done. We will use again but hopefully we are done with leaks.

We were having slow drainage from our kitchen. Chad came to our home and was able to explain what was happening on our system and what we can expect based on the age of our pipes. He recommended a course of action that made sense. We never felt like we were being taken advantage of and we never felt as if he was being condescending. Thanks for making this experience a pleasant one. We will be using John the Plumber for any of our future plumbing needs.

Plumbers were extremely polite and courteous went right to work checking for leak! We had to call maintenance for them to explain why water had been shut off? After talking to them plumbers found nothing and I will keep track for next few days checking on it! They found nothing leaking and we don’t know why I was told to have plumbers check? I will be getting a Hot Water Heater and there was No Charge on leak! Jason worked together with his partner talking Maint to see why they said there was a leak that no one could find? That was strange as I myself never saw it we waited but found nothing thus I will watch over weekend to see if it happens again? I was told it it starts to leak again call them and they’ll be right back!
