Received text message with photo and info on the individual who would be arriving. Met with Artemis, who actually arrived early (with notice and checking to make sure that was Ok), to discuss what I was looking to get done, and also talked about a couple of things I was considering, he also recommended some items he saw. Once we finished discussing potential projects, he gave me 3 different options with prices to choose from and decide how I wanted to proceed. Once decided, two electricians arrived within less than an hour to start the work. Art was very polite, knowledgeable, professional, as well as personable.

Today 7/26/23 appointment with technician Charles Price. He installed two new smoke detectors for me. Charles has previously been to my home concerning my previous detectors. He is always on time, knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. I would give him 10 star service if I could. Excellent employee. Service: General alarm installation

I called Mr Sparky to install kitchen lighting. I was very happy to see Evan from my last appointment and happy to meet Steve Martin. The two worked effortlessly together. I Will always use Me Sparky as they are Professional and experienced. Steve also explained to me to the importance of a surge protector, which we installed. Thank you Steve and Evan for all your help.(My brother in law will be contacting you both for their electrical needs!)
