We’ve been lucky enough to have had several different service and installation technicians in our home-everyone one the guys were knowledgeable and courteous. Upon making the appointment with Patsy, who was delightful, I received a text and email confirmation, with a picture of Diego, who would be the Lindstrom plumber coming to do my work. That was all excellent. Diego was prompt, friendly and courteous. I was planning to have him complete my shower repair and 2 toilet installations, until I received the quotes. It was going to be $1600 to install a new cartridge and handle in my shower! Diego said that the push handles like the one on my shower wall, were no longer available. He said that he would need to cut into my tile wall, and then install a new cartridge and new turn handle, with a bigger plate, to cover the hole in the shower wall, where he would have to cut away the tile. I called our building manager, while Diego was still there and he said that he could get the replacement parts and make the shower repair for $40, which would be the cost of the new cartridge and push handle. They were very careful when it came to the installation process, knowledgeable, and made the experience easy for my family. Happy that I chose Lindstorm to do the job.
