Let's see, called them on a Sunday with a broken water pipe and and had no one to send but said they would send someone Monday which is labor day, Monday comes No One calls, customer calls at 11:00 and they say they're running late but will be there, customer calls back at 1:30 and they say they're closed and not working on Labor Day!?!? SERIOUSLY!?!? Sent over Lindstrom plumbing, on time, professional and courteous servicemen, went above and beyond, showed up on time and did a great job at a fair price. I should have waited for Lindstrom in the first place. And it's very interesting how all the five-star reviews all have like one review and we're left like yesterday and today, I guess it pays to have some friends.

We had Mainline technicians repair 2 toilets, replace a faucet and repair a garbage disposal during 2 visits this week. The technicians were courteous and effective in completing the tasks requested. They were able to provide next day service. We were very satisfied with Jason and Skylers work.

I called Mainline because the shut-off valves were leaking under my kitchen sink. We asked for John, since my friend really liked him. John was timely, professional, very neat and did a great job.
