If I can give this a minus 10 I would. I paid over $400 for a contract that I finally used after 5 months snd they came to me twice and couldn’t fix what they said they fixed. I cancelled my contract in 6/6/23 and they still haven’t refunded me anything. I’ve called several times with no return calls. I finally got someone on the phone today who explained to me that even though they came to me twice they will deduct they from my total. I’ll be lucky if I get anything back at all. HIGHWAY ROBBERY!!! They hire people who don’t know what they are doing. For now on hire a reputable company and save money.

Wonderful experience. Technicians are knowledgeable and pleasant. I've used for different issues and have always satisfied. My plumber today was the best.

Our central air stopped working on Sunday and I called for emergency service. I was informed there is no emergency service on Sunday's but a service technician would be at our residence Monday morning. First thing at 8am, Jacob Jones, one of Pride's service techs, was at our door. He quickly diagnosed the cause of our problem (a clogged drain) and was able to fix it right away in less than an hour. We were impressed by his responsiveness, professionalism and know-how. Definitely a good experience! Service: A/C system repair
