Your customer service tech William is very helpful he always gives me the best day possible for a service call. William introduces himself when answering the phone. I don’t like having to ask who I’m talking with. If cloning was possible clone William with his permission of course. Services: HVAC system repair, HVAC system maintenance

I am not one to leave bad reviews, but my experience with this company has been so infuriating that I feel obligated. I have 2 contracts with 2 properties (my own and investment), for reference. First issue - had an AC issue misdiagnosed 3 times. Each time after a service tech came out and "repaired it", a new issue developed within an hour of the tech leaving (ex. new leak developing, etc), and each technician stating the previous did not know what they were doing and damaged a different part. This went on for over a week until I had to call management and have parts replaced that had no part of the initial repair needed. Second issue - In Florida, during the summer, they tell me 4-5 days until anyone can even come out to look at the AC unit with an outage. This happened on each of the 2 different occasions when the issue was a complete AC outage. This is completely unacceptable, and required me to hire a different company with 24 hour turnaround. Wonderful experience. Technicians are knowledgeable and pleasant. I've used for different issues and have always satisfied. My plumber today was the best.
