Thank God for Dorian. I didn't want to hear we'll snake it. I wanted to hear why my plumbing wasn't working and how it will be fixed. I can throw a smoke down the pipe and say the rosary. I wanted a professional to come it out the problem tell me and fix it. That's when Dorian knocked on the door. Came in with friendly face loved my dog came into house and said ok let's see what the problem is. Listened to me ran the pipes saw the problem explained it to me was honest about everything and most importantly fixed it and made my mind at ease by explaining the situation to me. And then Courtney following up a few days later to make sure everything was fixed and still working. Thank you Dorian, thank you Courtney and thank you Charlotte plumbing.

Courtney was a superstar. We had a water heater fail while under warranty. Although Charlotte Plumbing no longer carries that brand, Courtney went after the manufacturer and got us an exact replacement unit. We only paid for the cost of installation. Overall, it took a couple of weeks but Courtney never gave up or stopped communicating with us. I would recommend this crew. Service: Water heater installation
