Our bathtub, and both toilets were plugged and I tried to get them unclogged. Called Five Star Plumbing of SW FL and Sam came right away on Christmas Eve. He checked the clean out and diagnosed the source of the problem. So happy he saved Christmas. Thank you so much Sam and Five Star Plumbing!! Your company deserve 10 stars!!
Made an appointment to change a pex pipe and install a new dishwasher over a week ago. They call us at the last minute to cancel the appointment and would not put us back on the schedule for over another week. We will not be here in Port Charlotte for the rest of the month so I asked if there was any way they could get here within 4 days. They weren’t Not interested in being helpful so I do not recommend a company that backs out of an appointment at the last minute and leaves you stranded.
