Sunny State Roofing replaced our roof after Hurricane Ian. They proved to be professional and responsive with the roof passing inspection by the county with no issues. The new roof also looks great and the property was clean after they finished. We would not hesitate to use them again and have recommended them to our neighbors. Edited 2/25/23 - Sunny state roofing did a excellent job on my roof, they meet their schedule to a T. I received quotes from 7 local roofing companies. Sunny state had the best price and upon comparison with the other quotes It was clear I'd be getting plenty of value for my dollar. Being in the construction business myself I can highly recommend Sunny state roofing.///// update 2/25/23 I am still pleased with their initial roofing job quality & price but since Hurricane IAN I must say i'm not pleased with the way they dealt with me, It turns out that a squirrel had gnawed on a small section of roof which allowed for minor leakage during the Hurricane, I called & emailed Sunny state to inspect my roof, they gave me a date to inspect but kept delaying and giving me reasons why everyone else's roof was a priority over mine. They eventually came to inspect 3 months later after several calls & emails, they inspected and said there is about 3k worth of damage but couldn't provide an estima
Used this company to replace our house and garage roof July 2022 and were very happy. Had some minor damage from the hurricane, went to their office 3 times, sent 3 emails, and called. After over 3 months the owner calls to say your damage is not covered but no offer to repair. Asked if they could provide shingle color and his response was not now! Sent an email asking for color, no response! My opinion is they are attentive when they are getting the big bucks for replacement and then they couldnt care less to assist you in any way!VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Service: Roof installation
