Used this company to replace our house and garage roof July 2022 and were very happy. Had some minor damage from the hurricane, went to their office 3 times, sent 3 emails, and called. After over 3 months the owner calls to say your damage is not covered but no offer to repair. Asked if they could provide shingle color and his response was not now! Sent an email asking for color, no response! My opinion is they are attentive when they are getting the big bucks for replacement and then they couldnt care less to assist you in any way!VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Service: Roof installation

Roof looks ok, but can’t dispose of the trash correctly. Scraped the side of my truck horribly with roof debris. I asked who may or may not have done it. None of them spoke English. They could hit on my wife in English though. I sent the video to my insurance.

My neighbor had her roof fully replaced after the storm. The contract stated that any and all rotted wood would be replaced NOT repaired. Three sheets of plywood would be supplied any additional would be at her expense which she agreed to. Well, they repaired areas which in a storm will not hold up. They do shoddy work and then when confronted they don't want to know anything. They were also supposed to clean up any debris. They half heartedly cleaned leaving nails and screws on the ground and driveway thus nails in her tires. DO NOT USE THEM they charge a fortune and don't care about the quality of their work. I cancelled my contracts with them. I had two homes that they were going to do not now. The county inspector has not reviewed their work yet and I would be very surprised if it passes.
