Titanz Plumbing & Air Conditioning

I have used Titanz Plumbing several times in the past year. After my service today I felt I had to leave a review... My water heater went out in the middle of the night. I woke to a soggy mess. I called Titanz at 5 am expecting to leave a message. Someone actually answered the phone. The woman was super nice and calmed me down, as I was in tears when I called. She let me know that someone would be out TODAY to get everything taken care of. Chuck showed up this afternoon. He was very informative of all my options and quickly got to work. Shortly later Caleb showed up. These two guys had amazing customer service. They were very friendly and seemed to really care about the job and my home. Someone needs to give the 3 people who helped me today a raise. They made a very stressful situation, a very easy one! Thank you. Service: Water tank installation

Daniel consolidated my 4 under kitchen sink valves to 2. The previous valves were probably original to the house and very tarnished. The new ones are brass. I like this Company because of their flat rate pricing. I requested the estimate today and they were also able to get the job done today too.

We have used Titanz for a few years now. They're very good at all of it. They have done plumbing work, and recently serviced our AC post-Ian. Just today, Dan drained our water heater. He was prompt, efficient, professional, very personable, and he answered all our questions. Julie and Heather are very helpful as well. Always responsive and get us the help we need right away.
