We called with urgent request and got very timely evaluation with highly professional and honest commendations (after getting couple sky high estimates from other companies). David Kruse was able to make repair and recommendations. His son went above and beyond to finish repair. We thank both David and his son for high professionalism and exceptional honesty. I have been using this company for over three years every six months for maintenance. I am very pleased with their work. Most recently I had a warranty issue and was without air for the weekend. David Jr. came out that Monday and assessed the problem and actually put in some freon so I could at least have some air until the coil part came in. Rachel the office manager worked her magic and was able to get me the two warranty pieces in asap and by Wednesday morning David was at my house repairing the situation. David took his time to explain everything he had done and make sure I was happy. I also have a home in Miami that also had broken down; and while this company doesn't come to Miami; David said to text them with any questions I had. I texted Rachel when I got back and she so graciously answered all my questions; and also informed me of questions I should ask of the companies here in Miami. I sure wish we had a professional, trustworthy and honest company like this in Miami.
