Act Heating And Cooling Installed an almost new A/C system into the home that I purchased that was a ton to small to properly cool my home and to remove the relative humidity down to a safe healthy level! the 60, 65-70 percent humidity levels make me sick, made my walls soft and my electric bills are huge in the Summer and on hot days because of this! After I brought this to the attention of Jonathan Anderson the owner he refused to correct the problem and he charged me for parts that did not need replacement! My AC stopped working. Breaker would trip whenever the compressor would kick on - so I knew something wasn't good. I received ACT as a referral from my neighbor - Gave them a call and the rest is history. Timothy seems like a genuine dude. He came out and replaced my compressor, explained the process, and showed me what was wrong with it. He had the new part installed and running within a few hours.
