This company installed my AC a couple of years ago, I called today because my unit was not cooling. Lady that answered the phone was very nice. They came out and charged me $472 to change a capacitor. Seems outrageously expensive. Tech was there 20 minutes. Don't know why I had to pay the trip charge of $95 if I had the work done. I asked the tech to waive it, he said no. Will use a different AC company in the future.
Our new Tech, Adriann was on time. That's unusual, did the service and changed the our air filter. Not an easy job. He gets an "atta boy". Service: A/C system maintenance
I don't have a bad thing to say about this company. They came out right away, were very professional and understanding. Also, the price was much better than the quote I got from the first company I called. This is my new go-to for all future AC issues
