The A/c was not cooling on a unit that was only 13 months old. I saw good reviews so called and they came out right away. Due to ice they had to come back the following morning. Once inspected Jim said it would be $2,500 to replace the insulation as it fell and was wet and he said he’d send me pictures. When I told him I did not have that money for a repair on a new AC and asked for other options as tenants were hot. He got upset that I questioned just sending over that much money on a new AC. I asked him to send me the pics and issue so I could discuss with my husband. After multiple calls the head office finally sent me the details late Friday afternoon. I decided to get a second opinion and had another company come out Monday (poor tenants were hot all weekend). The other company fixed it for $650 and put the insulation up to help drop temperature until they were able to get it replaced later that week. I'm extremely impressed, and satisfied with their service they provide. My husband and I had the pleasure, meeting up with Jim. He went above and beyond for us, and really had our best interest at heart. The two gentlemen that came to install our unit, were so nice and worked so hard to have our air back on and working. I will definitely be recommending them for now on!

AC broke down in the middle of the night. Called around and got a lot of lip services. All of the 24/7 support numbers as advertised are just call centers taking leads to trap you in for "next morning's appointment," not real repairmen on standby to serve emergency matters. East Coast Air Solutions is exceptional. The service manger Jim was amazing, responsive and caring, and real! This is a really good service provider - reliable and responsive. A rarity.
