Horrible Horrible company. Was assigned by American Home Shield. They came twice and said 2 different things about our AC system that wasn't cooling properly. They just try to fish more money out from customers and are not honest. First they wanted to do a repair and it was all covered minus the refrigerant. They wanted to charge 400 for something that shoudnt even be replaced. Then they come back and said the system was not maintained properly to fish more money from us. Tony is extremely rude and doesn't answer any questions. He also tracked dirt in our home with a new born crawling around.
My AHS refer me Yantra Air because my air conditioner kept running and not cooling. Tony arrived on time and was very professional. He found the problem very quickly, there was a leak and I needed freon. After Tony finished fixing he was kind enough to explain to me how to maintenance my air conditioning. I highly recommend this company. Service: A/C services
I don’t know how Yantra has good reviews. The tech misdiagnosed our issue and was trying to charge a fortune for the wrong fix. Thankfully we got a second opinion. I would stay far away from them.
