Awful service! Technician said he’d be there between 2-6. He texted at 2:33 that he was there and at 2:34 he texted he was gone. Never gave me a chance to even let him in. Then he said he’d be back after 5:00 and never showed up. They’re closed on Sundays so now we will be without AC for another 2 days (4 days total) all because he didn’t want to do his job. He wouldn’t even call or text back. Had to find out through AHS. Unbelievable!! Service: A/C services

UPDATE: Several weeks after Tony did the repairs problems began again. Tony was sent back by AHS. He didn't know what the problem was so he started accusing me of poor maintenance of my HVAC. (I just bought the house 6-8 weeks prior). To make a long story short, I had to call out another HVAC contractor, What happened was there was an electrical short in the unit causing my system to fail. (sparking because of bare wire in fact) Yantra Air apparently didn't know how to evaluate the wiring within the unit. 1) I'll never let Tony back onsite and 2) I'm grateful my house didn't burn down. My advise: Call another contractor! Tony is a great guy. He knows his trade. I had a unique problem with my AC and he identified the problem quickly and made the repair. He gave me tips on maintenance for my unit to save me money down the line. He was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. I would hire him again in a minute... Service: A/C services
