Typically employees/ex-employees shouldn't leave reviews...but I'm going to anyway. This isn't the first AC company I worked for(and it won't be the last), but I can say it's been the best one I've worked for. This is the company where I finally started to learn and take pride in my work. It's very hard to find a loving, Christian-Base company that lives by doing the job right and carrying their integrity. Grossmann is on of the scarce few left that are the exception in that regard. Everybody I have worked with here does absolute quality work. This is a family, and I am going to miss them. There's no two-ways about it your Heating and Air Conditioning system in your house is the most expensive utility in your house. It's very crucial you choose the right people!
