I Need The Plumber & Air Conditioning

I can say hands down, this was the best experience I have ever had with a plumber. They conduct background checks before they hire. They show up when they say they will. They explain what they need to do and what it will cost BEFORE they start the job. They are friendly and professional. They are the only company I use for plumbing and air going forward. Way too pricey, we felt taken advantage of, but the faucet was leaking and we couldn't wait, because they obviously charge for the visit anyway. We were charged $400+ for 'fixing' a faucet (not replacing it), after which it broke anyway and we had another handyman who came and installed the new faucet for us (and charged us $60)

After 6 previous plumbers either over-charging, under-delivering, and pulling my plumbing apart and not putting it back together - I went to I Need the Plumber. All I can say is "THANK YOU!!!" From response time and scheduling, to friendliness and professionalism, and for the excellent and thorough job done, I am the happiest I have been in a long time with where I live now. I will recommend this company and both Jim and Alex everytime to anyone. I am so happy that there are still businesses who want to do good work and deliver what they promise.
