We have been extremely pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism from John and Lindsee. We found a leak after our neighboring units started their roofs. Upon calling their roofing company we were informed they didn't have anyone come check our roof. We found Rooftop from receipts for some previous repairs on our unit. Called John and he came right out, had the roof checked, and made sure we were secure and watertight. John has been so great to work with and is very patient to answer all of our questions and concerns. Being new to the area, it is nice to feel like a valued and respected customer. Full tear down of my old roof and new shingle roof installed. Clean work cleaned up everything roof looks great good price and the best part is their customer service. they always pickup and usually the boss John picks up and is happy to help he will actually come out to your house himself and diagnose the problem. its rare to see an owner come out to a customer these days. 5 stars. We had a leak in our roof, call multiple companies and everyone pushed us to get a more roof. John came over and after checking out the roof said it was the rook vent. Gave me a great price, was over in two days and fixed our problem. Great guy, great company
