Ian. Holes. Adjusters. 4 Tarps improperly placed by my insurance company’s intermediary. I was finally told to “find my own contractor if you’re unhappy with what we’ve done so far”. Why thank you, don’t mind if I do. I found Apple and am SO glad I did. These people treated us like you would treat family. They even came out on a Sunday because they realized the initial coverage attempt wasn’t up to par. Doesn’t sound like much to you? A couple of things to note: 1. My roof is black. 2. It was mid afternoon in 90 degree weather. 3. This was a tarp only agreement. They didn’t (and still don’t, unfortunately) have my roofing contract as I signed with someone only days before (adjuster’s results be darned -we can’t wait any longer. It’s hurricane season, ya know?!) Best I can do for these guys is give them a great review. If my contract falls through, I am calling Apple. You should too! :)
