My unit was damaged by Ian. I called 2 days after the storm and Theron showed up the same day and had a 5 ton unit reserved while we dealt with the insurance company. He sat on it for 2 months until I was ready for the install and the price never changed. The unit, installation, and service since installation has been outstanding. Mike Conway and his partner were very thorough and professional in replacing our ducts under the house. Despite a very narrow crawl space they completed the work quickly and the system seems to be working well.
