Had a heat pump installed for my pool… The whole team was excellent…they were prepared and ready to go when they arrived. They completed the work in a timely manner and completely cleaned the area…instructions were easy to follow. I was having issues with my water pressure, unaware of the precise problem. Jerome quickly established the issue was related to my water softener. Jerome was highly personable and took the time to explain to me how he made his determination. With complete confidence in his assessment, I scheduled to have a new water softener installed. On the day of the installment, Jerome was punctual and, once again, extremely polite and personable.
