American Air and Hear went above and beyond to replace our A/C when it went out. They gave us a fair price and worked hard until the job was complete. Excellent customer service in every department! High praise for American Air &Heat. They were prompt, fast, and professional. Had to purchase a new AC but we figured as much, so no surprise for us. DJ made it less painful to purchase. Kudos to the team.
Had an issue. They said they could probably squeeze me in by the end of the day. Not even a couple hours later, they text they are on their way. Identified and fixed the problem quickly then he checked the unit inside my garage and blew out the drain lines and showed me what to do if it got clogged. So not only did they show up quick and fix my a/c issue quickly, but also took the time to educate me on fixing something very simple. I will definitely use them again!
