MAC 5 Services: Plumbing, Air Conditioning, Electrical, Heating, & Drain Experts

I called Mac 5 Services this morning to get an estimate for water heater replacement and a bit of water line reconfiguration and had Jason Morris scheduled to come out this afternoon. I appreciate the fact that he took the time to discuss what I'm dealing with as well as educate me on things I didn't know. Jason was very polite, personable, knowledgeable and if I choose Mac5 to do this job I have no problem with him coming back out to my home.

Frank was our plumbing tech and was so amazing! He is the best plumber I’ve met! He pays attention to detail and really helped me to understand the process every step of the way! We called for a clogged toilet and backed up bath tub, we have family in town due to an illness in the family that is staying with us… worst time to have plumbing issues, however Frank arrived and and cleared the clogged drain only to realize we had an outside pipe that was broken and exposing water which he did by doing a sound test, in all my 22 years of living in the house and had plumbers come and go, none of them took the time to do a sound test, not to mention it’s especially difficult to hear when you have road work going on in front of your home. Non the less, Frank found the broken pipe!!! Frank made me feel comfortable that I didn’t have to sell my first born to have it repaired (LOL) He was so kind and fixed our plumbing issue quick and professional, I would recommend this company to all my friends

Terrible experience. Called because our Motor stopped working and they showed up and told me it was going to be really expensive. Then proceeded to tell me it was going to be $2100 without troubleshooting it or anything. They didn't even try to see if there was any warranty, didn't take any information down. I paid the show up fee, and ended getting the service done by a great company called Central Brevard Heat and Air. They were very honest from the beginning and told me it was going to be $625 for the motor + labor. I ended paying $300 for labor because my unit was under warranty. I wouldn't consider MAC 5 ever again, if you want your AC fix, try Central Brevard Air, they don't try to rip anybody off and actually do their job. The funny part is that they called me the other day to do an electrical tune up, they never asked if my unit was previously fix or anything. I'm seriously not sure how the hell Mac has 4.9 stars.
