MAC 5 Services: Plumbing, Air Conditioning, Electrical, Heating, & Drain Experts

I called Mac 5 Services this morning to get an estimate for water heater replacement and a bit of water line reconfiguration and had Jason Morris scheduled to come out this afternoon. I appreciate the fact that he took the time to discuss what I'm dealing with as well as educate me on things I didn't know. Jason was very polite, personable, knowledgeable and if I choose Mac5 to do this job I have no problem with him coming back out to my home.

We have used Mac5 twice now, for different issues. The reps I’ve spoken with on the phone have been super accommodating, informative, patient and ready to help. Draven, our plumber, was nice, detailed and very professional. Yesterday we spent the entire day (10hrs) with Xander(sp) and Austin on a full AC system replacement and duct cleaning. These guys were fantastic. They were very thorough, patient, and knowledgeable. They double checked their work. They explained every step. They never stopped and were committed to getting the job done (10pm!). I appreciate you guys (and your families) from first call to final signature.

A wonderful visit and a terrific company. The Tech they sent out was very professional and knowledgeable. He described all my options and let me know all the details regarding any repairs needed and even things that were not bad, but might become so in the future.
