Arrigo Air & Heat

I wanted to give a HUGE shout-out to Arrigo Air & Heat Inc. The unit below ours got their AC repaired by these guys - and one of our wires broke by accident. These guys were super accommodating and able to come out and fix it next day. Which was very much appreciated as the summers in Florida are brutal. They were willing to work with my parents half way across the country and our HOA. The owner even came out to our property to make sure everything was done right. Thank you again for the amazing customer service.

My air conditioner broke and after calling several companies, this one was available and did great service! Another company tried to have me buy a whole new unit, but Arrigo was honest and very knowledgeable. Not only did they not charge me for the diagnostic but they made sure to check the warranty on the necessary parts, not a whole unit. They did great work, were honest, didn't try to sell me more, were quick and efficient, and were great value since they only charged me for labor and time.

I honestly don't have words to explain how great this company is! I've been in the HVAC industry for almost 20 years and I've never come across a company that does such quality work across the board and always for a fair price! Each and every person I've dealt with (from installer, to technician, to the owners) stands by their work and word and truly cares about their customers. Arrigo is by far the best HVAC contractor I've ever dealt with...period!!
