Johnathon Bielski did a truly remarkable and amazing job of working with me and my family to diagnose and correct a long standing problem we have been having in our home with negative pressure causing high humidity. Johnathon worked tirelessly across multiple visits to determine the root cause and come up with a plan to correct the issue. He also successfully planned and implemented a series of tuning steps that dramatically reduced humidity levels in our home. He also discovered and corrected an issue we were having with bacteria growing in our air handler, revealing he cared for the health and well being of my family. Johnathon was extraordinarily attentive and received and acted on input from us. Best customer/technician relationship we have ever experienced. Our A/C broke on Sunday, so I am forever grateful to Robert Ryder in Sales who was able to sell us a unit on Monday and have it installed on Wednesday!! Now that’s service!! Robert has a wonderful personality, super friendly and down to earth, and made the whole process as easy as it could be! Jaime has been wonderful to communicate with at the office when I had questions. Jacob W and Steven C came out today to do the installation and both were super knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. They did a fantastic job!! ???? We couldn’t be happier with Dial Duron and look forward to many years of continued service with them.

AC died in the night. Service request was so easy to submit online. Time slots are bearable and the tech communicated when he was on the way, arrived on time and fixed the unit with available parts before I melted completely. Great job Blake, and Dial Duron!! Service: A/C system repair
