Came out in a Sunday evening. We had no a/c after trying to install a new thermostat. Tom is fast, professional and to the point. Fixed out breaker box for the a/c ! Thanks again
So far this company has done well by me. Thomas has been great customer service and his advice saved me a lot of money. The other two companies to give me an estimate tried to sell me on the idea of packages that involved so many items per package instead of just itemizing my needs. I had to replace some moldy ductwork, and the blower wheel inside the air handler needed to be professionally cleaned. I also wanted to install the Remi halo LED and a separate UV light to help keep the interior of the air handler clean so that I wouldn't soon have the same issue again. Not only was every part of that list more affordable using First-Degree Air Conditioning, but after purchasing the maintenance plan which shaves off 15% of any work done, the overall bill was just about HALF the cost of the estimates from the other two companies. Needless to say I am so far very satisfied. Cleaning the blower wheel and replacing the ductwork required some labor, but their technician Lucerne was both fast and
