Have used Pro-Tech Air for a while now and will never use another company. They restored my broken AC quickly one summer weekend evening when my previous company told me it would need to wait several days until the following week since it would be too long of a fix for a weekend. When it comes to air conditioning in South Florida at any time, especially during the summer, the AC guys are super busy. Still, Ed made it happen on an emergency basis, was on the phone with him at 6:49pm and he made it happen, rearranged his schedule and was at the door within an hour. A life-saver. But, that is just the icing on the cake. What matters most is that he knows what he is doing and provides quality work.

Ed was SO helpful. He came right over when I called him on a Thursday evening. He was able to give me a temporary fix until he got a part in that he needed. I was so thankful! I will definitely be using Pro-Tech in the future, and recommending them to everyone I know. Service: A/C system repair
