After a missed schedule for maintenance last Monday ,then a reschedule that wasn’t filed properly so no one called or showed up on Friday , today we had Noah arrive promptly to take care of our 2xs a year maintenance. My AC unit had a clogged line and started stopping. Del-Air sent out Daniel and Harley to look over my AC unit. They arrived on time and were very professional. I asked several questions about the air handler and Daniel took his time in answering all my questions. They were very quick to identify that it was a clogged line and cleared it up in a flash. As part of my maintenance contract, they performed a thorough inspection of the entire system. Both Daniel and Harley were excellent and very knowledgeable. I have been extremely satisfied with Del-Air and will definitely continue to call them for service and routine maintenance. If your air conditioning system is not under warranty with Del Air I recommend using another service provider to maintain your system. Customer service guarantees nothing about when your service technician is going to arrive. We waited more than two days to actually have a tech show up even though we had appointments for Wednesday and Thursday. They just never showed up and never bothered calling us to provide a status of when to expect them. Just kept saying within a 10 hour window. They are always too busy. Use someone else that cares about the customer and providing quality service. The tech that did show up was great and did fix the system. Service: HVAC system repair
