***UPDATE 8/21/23 *** - As you can see, Del-Air customer service responded to my original review was soon as it was posted and claimed that they would pass this issue along to the General Manager for review and follow-up. As of this writing, and to my knowledge (Text / Email / Voicemail), I've yet to hear back from the Del-Air General Manager or anyone else about this issue. I figured that two weeks was long enough to wait, and as stated in my review, how many issues are they dealing with that they can't respond promptly. Even IF after reviewing my incident / issue you found no wrong-doing, why could you not contact me to say so? It is difficult scheduling for AC maintenance with the office as they give you a 4-Hour window and I found out today that after spending 4 hours in the morning waiting they moved it between 2:00 and 3:00 this afternoon. How do they expect people to block off an entire day on an iffy schedule? With that in mind the service tech by the name of Nate arrived and his visit was one of the best experiences I've had in Orlando with service texts of any sort. He was clean careful with my personal property polite and extremely capable including some good guidance for correct maintenance. You should find a way to clone this guy because he's terrific and maybe the only reason I call delay again for service of any kind.

Great response when our AC broke they were here within an hour of the call. Keep in mind, probably a big sale. Lol. Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable and we had a new unit put in within 24 hours of calling. Kudos to Leroy, Alex, Joseph and Tom they all were great! They paid attention to all our needs. It really felt like they were family. Did not leave any question unanswered. Definitely would use del-air again. If and when a service call is needed I will review again!
